Please fill out the application form below. All applications are subject to approval. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice for the selected event. Fees are due within 5 days of receiving the invoice. Please email info@get2knowraleigh.com for questions.

Approval and Vendor Fees

Approval: All applications go through an approval process. You'll be notified via email within 7-10 days if your application is approved and an invoice will be sent. Due to large number of applications received, you will only receive a response if your application is approved.

Fees: Fees are listed next to the event selection on the application and subject to change without notice. Fees are due within 5 days of receipt of the invoice to secure your spot.

Refunds: Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Get2KnowRaleigh. If canceled by Get 2 Know Raleigh due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you can choose between a 90% refund immediately or apply 100% as credit towards another event within 12 months.
Logistics

Booth Space: Tented spaces are 10'x10'.

Equipment: Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, and weights. Tent weights are mandatory; no stakes in grassy areas.

Electricity: Available at no extra charge. A 50'+ extension cord is required. Food trucks must bring their own generators.
